Jason Hall LL.B. (Bar) | Partner

Head of Family Law & COLP



Jason is a solicitor and deals with all aspects of children's law; particularly child care cases involving social services as well as more complex disputes between parents. He is a specialist being a member of the Law Society's Children Panel, accredited to represent parents and children themselves as well as other family members

 

He joined Behr & Co  Law Practice in 2009. Prior to him starting in practice, Jason worked for thirteen years in the Court Service, so has a wealth of experience in how the court systems and procedures operate. After a career in the Court Service, he trained as a barrister and was called to the Bar in 2002. He then qualified as a solicitor in 2006.

 

Jason is equally experienced when it comes to the actions of and how the authorities work; he is an accredited police station adviser and in the past has been a social services lawyer himself.

Rhiannon James CILEx | Partner 

Head of Residential Conveyancing, COFA & MLRO



Rhiannon James is a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Property Law and Conveyancing.


Since 1992, Rhiannon worked in various local law firms before joining Behr & Co Law Practice as an experienced legal secretary in 1999. She studied part-time at the University of Wales Newport to achieve her qualification with the Institute of Legal Executives, qualifying as a Member of the Institute in 2007 and obtaining Fellowship status in 2009.

 

Rhiannon is now head of Residential Conveyancing, and was instrumental in Behr & Co Law Practice achieving the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Accreditation.


Rhiannon has built up excellent working relationships with local estate agents, mortgage lenders, other solicitors and Housing Associations.

Rhiannon fully understands the stresses and strains of buying and selling a home and the joyful relief of a successful completion for all parties. She and her team provide a calm, efficient and competitively priced service. Rhiannon deals personally with all her clients, most of whom instruct her on recommendations from others.

Victoria Lewis LL.B. Hons | Solicitor



Victoria is a solicitor and specialises in Property Law, Conveyancing and Private Client matters.


 

Victoria gained her honours degree in law from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, before completing the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2011.


Upon qualification, Victoria worked in litigation before transitioning into property law, and has worked in a variety of firms during her career. Victoria joined Behr & Co Law Practice in November 2018. Victoria left the firm in September 2022 and, after a spell working for a firm in Monmouth, returned in February 2024.

 

Victoria understands that clients often seek our services at what can be a very stressful time in their lives and aims to ensure that transactions are carried out as smoothly and efficiently as possible, while maintaining communication throughout the process. Victoria provides a friendly and reassuring approach to her clients, and has excellent working relationships with other parties.

Amie Meek LL.B. Hons | Solicitor



Amie is a solicitor and handles Conveyancing and Private Client matters.


Amie qualified as a solicitor in 2015, having gained her honours degree in law from the University of South Wales. Amie joined the firm in 2023, having previously worked for local firms.

Danielle Willstead | Conveyancing Executive


Danielle is a Conveyancing Executive at Behr & Co Law Practice, and currently undertaking the qualification to become a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives. 


Danielle specialises in residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. She prides herself on being approachable, efficient and transparent in order to make clients feel as comfortable as possible during their conveyancing transaction.


Danielle studied Law with Professional Welsh at the University of South Wales, and graduated in 2015. Danielle initially stared her career with us in 2017, and then returned in July 2021, after a period in another high street firm.

Naomi Cicconie | Paralegal


Naomi Cicconie is the newest member of Behr & Co Law Practice joining us in 2020 and has worked in both private practice and with the Local Authority so has good knowledge of all sides of family legal work.

 

Naomi works alongside Jason Hall in our family department and deals with many family law areas including child care proceedings. Naomi is able to represent you in court if you need an order that a child lives with you and will represent you if you find yourself invited to a meeting with social services. This sometimes happens if your social worker is thinking about taking a case to court due to concerns over the care of children.

 

Prior to studying law, as well as working in private practice and with the local authority, Naomi has also spent eight years in the prison service. She is a particularly understanding and easy to approach person with excellent communication skills and will always be on hand to advise and support you along the way.

Andrew L. Campbell M.A. | Consultant


Andrew is a solicitor and deals with Commercial Law, Employment Law and Civil Disputes.

 

He is late entrant to the law having originally studied natural sciences at Cambridge, and undertook research work at the University of Wales at Bangor. He became a District Councillor during his time there. He then took a role in policy advice in the Government's Scottish Office, including on Scottish Law, followed by action research for Age Concern Scotland on ways of providing housing advice to elderly people. After a spell running a vegetarian restaurant, he undertook law conversion and professional courses. He joined Sonia Behr as her trainee in 1995 and qualified fully as a Solicitor in 1997. He became a partner in Behr & Co Law Practice in 1998. He therefore has an exceptional breadth of work experience, in research, local government, central government, the voluntary sector, and in small business, as well as many years in legal practice.

 

Andrew works as a Consultant for the firm.
