Legal Aid is often available if you have been the victim of domestic violence and the perpetrator of the violence is your opponent in the case. Your financial means are also required to be within the Legal Aid Agency's prescribed limits. We are happy to assess you for Legal Aid at the outset of your case. If you do not qualify for Legal Aid, your costs can be varied depending on the work required. Each Fee-Earner has an hourly rate, which is available on request.
